A Gold Coin Game may also reward you with Gold Coins. The Gold Coins do not have any real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. Games played with Gold Coins are Gold Coin Games. It is not possible to win prizes from Gold Coin Games.

Inactive Account means a Customer Account that has not recorded any user activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Payment Administration Agent means the service provided through any third party we appoint to act as our agent to accept payment from any Player.

Players, including Registered Customers, may be restricted from accessing some parts or the entire Platform from time to time. Any person who participates in Games on the Platform is a player. Sweepstakes prizes are prizes won from playing. All prizes must be redeemed according to the rules.

Benefits for Registered Customers

Players who have successfully registered a Customer Account are considered Registered Customers. Playing sweepstakes games with sweepstakes coins entitles you to free entries. We may give you Sweeps Coins for free when you register a Customer Account, buy Gold Coins, or use any of the free alternative methods (more fully described in our Sweeps Rules).

As a bonus, when you play Sweepstakes Games, you may win more Sweeps Coins. Purchasing Sweeps Coins is not possible on the Platform. The Sweeps Rules are available on the Platform. Playing sweepstakes games involves using sweepstakes coins. Winners can only redeem Sweeps Coins won from participating in Sweepstakes Games (rather than collected using one of the free alternative methods offered by the Platform). Sweepstakes Games are played in accordance with our Sweepstakes Rules. These Terms of Service, as updated from time to time, constitute the Terms of Service. A third-party website is one that we do not control.

YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

If you register a Customer Account or otherwise participate on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are over 18 years of age, or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence and are, under the laws applicable to you, legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Platform;

(b) The site is not accessible if you live in an excluded territory.

(d) Your participation in the Games is solely for your own benefit.

(e) Your information is true, complete, and accurate, and you will notify us if any of it changes.

(f) As part of your participation in any of the Games, you will not engage in any Fraudulent Conduct or other unlawful activity and will not make use of any software-assisted methods or techniques (such as bots designed to play automatically) or hardware devices. In the event of such behavior, we reserve the right to invalidate any participation and/or terminate your Customer Account.

(g) You will only use a valid payment method that belongs to you to purchase Gold Coins;

(h) The Prizes are not to be sold or traded for money, nor accepted for a sale or trade

Account Security

Security of your account credentials is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately.

Age Requirement

Orion Star Login requires users to be at least 18 years old to create an account.

GAMES/GOLD COIN PURCHASES

Games on the Platform may have their own rules. Before playing a Game, read the rules.

Your responsibility includes any losses or additional costs caused by foreign exchange fluctuations incurred as a result of the purchase of Gold Coins. If you use your Customer Account to purchase Gold Coins, you affirm that you own the payment method used to make such a purchase. To participate in any Game, you must have sufficient Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins in your Customer Account. We will not grant you any credit for the purchase of Gold Coins. Platform may specify minimum or maximum Gold Coin purchases from time to time.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights protect all content on OrionStarLogin, including games, graphics, and logos. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

PROMOTIONS

These Terms of Service, the Sweeps Rules and any additional policies will apply to all promotions, including Sweepstakes Games, contests, special offers and bonuses. Promotion-specific terms and conditions will apply if these Terms of Service conflict with them.
